Manufacturing and Quality Control

All products manufactured by Cosmetic Laboratories adhere to a high standard of quality. Our in-house Microbiology lab and Quality Assurance Department comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices set forth by the Food and Drug Administration.

All R&D batches are tested for stability to ensure shelf-life of the product. Accordingly, all production batches are reviewed in comparison to the original R&D batch to ensure that color, consistency and quality are maintained.

A rigorous microbiological examination precedes each shipment of product. The Microbiology Lab tests each raw material and each finished product for bacteria, yeast, molds and fungus. No products are released without approval from our Quality Control Team.

Product Guarantee - All products filled by Cosmetic Laboratories are guaranteed for one year from the time of manufacture. If you have any problems with product quality or stability within that year, we will replace the product at no cost to you.

Packaging & Artwork

Appealing packaging is a vital element in the development of your private label product line. Our experienced creative team will work closely with you to select the best packaging options that will help to limit your costs while maintaining a look of quality.

• Should you have an existing logo, it can be utilized within your packaging
• If you need to purchase a new logo, our team is available to design a custom logo to make your products "pop". This logo will be presented to you in electronic format so that you may continue to use the logo on other business material such as letterhead, business cards, brochures, etc.
• Our creative team will assist with all container design work for silk screening, including size layout, verbiage, ingredient information and regulatory issues
• Additionally, Cosmetic Labs can apply adhesive label decorations to your containers if you so choose. Labels would be supplied by you, the customer
